VAYRIV / Built to play
VAYRIV is preparing its first product launch. This website currently does not process direct product payments or shipping orders.
The first VAYRIV products are intended to be sold through Amazon India and/or another clearly identified authorised sales channel. The shipping information shown at that channel's checkout will apply to your order.
Available delivery locations, shipping charges and estimated delivery dates will be shown before you complete a purchase on the applicable sales channel. These may vary by PIN code, product availability, fulfilment method and carrier capacity.
Once an order is placed, confirmation, dispatch updates and tracking information will normally be provided by the sales channel or its delivery partner. Please ensure the name, mobile number and delivery address entered at checkout are accurate.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Delays may occur because of carrier issues, weather, public holidays, local restrictions, incorrect address details or circumstances outside VAYRIV's reasonable control.
If a package arrives visibly damaged, is marked delivered but cannot be located, or contains the wrong product, please use the order-support options offered by the sales channel. You may also contact VAYRIV at playbold@vayriv.com with your order number and relevant photographs where available.
International delivery is not offered unless a specific VAYRIV sales page or authorised marketplace listing expressly states otherwise.
If VAYRIV introduces direct checkout on vayrivindia.com, this policy will be updated before direct orders are accepted.
We want VAYRIV products to reach customers in the condition and specification shown at purchase. Return, replacement and refund eligibility depends on the sales channel through which the order was placed.
For orders placed through Amazon India, the return, replacement and refund terms displayed on the relevant Amazon product listing and order page apply. Please initiate the request through your Amazon account wherever that option is available.
If you receive a product that appears damaged, defective or different from the item ordered, keep the product, packaging and accessories together and document the issue with clear photographs or video. Use the applicable marketplace return/replacement process and contact us if brand support is required.
Change-of-mind returns are available only where the applicable marketplace or sales-channel policy permits them. Products should not be intentionally damaged, altered or returned with missing components.
Approved refunds are issued through the original sales channel and payment method. Processing time is controlled by the marketplace, bank or payment provider and may vary.
A product warranty, if offered for a specific VAYRIV item, is separate from the return window. The warranty duration, coverage and exclusions will be stated on the applicable product listing, packaging or warranty documentation at the time of sale.
Email playbold@vayriv.com with your name, order number, sales channel, a description of the issue and supporting images where relevant.
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit rights available to consumers under applicable law.
